Hi, I'm Josh Clements!

Before I decided to go all in on pursuing my dream of being a photographer, I was a college musician studying saxophone performance at the University of Northern Colorado. I was never the most talented musician but throughout my 10 years of experience in the performing arts I learned that hard work will always beat talent as long as you apply yourself. It's this approach that gave me the confidence to pursue photography despite the fact that I started out solely as a hobbyist shooting pictures of my friends on a vintage Polaroid. Since then I have shot professionally for 5 years, taking photos for a number of nonprofit organizations, most notably The Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps whom I toured with for three summers.

When I'm not taking photos you can usually find me in the outdoors, spending time with friends, or visiting a local coffee shop. I recently moved to Indianapolis from Colorado and I've been eager to explore what my new home has to offer.

“As a photographer myself, I am SUPER picky on the details. I chose Josh to do my lifestyle portraits and I am in love with all of the images he captured. My website will look so fresh and it's all thanks to Josh”

“When I think of quality photography, I think of Joshua Clements. Josh has become a standard in both photography and marching arts photography. He finds a way to truly make one snapshot worth a thousand words. From the minute that you meet Josh, you get the sense that he has so much pride in what he does. You know that you are going to get extremely high quality photos before you even book with him. We are very lucky to have Josh in the Rhythm X family.”
